GWO (global Wind Organization), an organization established to ensure the workers safety in the field of wind turbines, and the training standards set by GWO are to provide technical staff with the safety skills and knowledge they need courses to understand and reduce potential safety hazards associated with the wind turbine industry. Provide a safe working environment for people working in the wind turbine industry. At present, the top ten wind turbine manufacturers and suppliers all stipulate that their employees must participate in and pass the GWO basic training courses, which can not only reduce the occurrence of occupational accidents, but also effectively increase the safety and productivity of employees, and thus make the company substantially increase profits and achieve a win-win situation.

- After logging in to Delegate Registration, fill in the name and email address in the registration form and click Register.
- After entering the personal information form, fill it out one by one (the English name must be. the same as the passport). The English address can be found on the Chunghwa Post website and translated.
- After completing all the items, press the send button and wait for the WINDA reply in the mailbox. Open the letter and click the link. After entering the WINDA webpage, you will complete the WINDA ID registration and obtain the WINDA ID.

Course Description:Basic Safety Training (BST) is a mandatory certification for a career in the wind power industry. The course includes the following five modules:
- Fire Awareness (FAW):Understanding the potential hazards of working in a wind farm and how to control and mitigate them.
- First Aid (FA):How to perform safe and effective first aid in a wind farm work environment.
- Manual Handling (MH):Correctly perform manual handling activities in the wind industry/wind turbine environment.
- Sea Survival (SS):Demonstrate offshore survival techniques and safe transfer between vessels and installations.
- Working at Heights (WAH):Perform safe and comprehensive basic rescue from heights in remote turbine environments, while eeting the emergency response requirements for new personnel in the global wind industry.

Course Description:Basic Technical Training (BTT) provides fundamental knowledge and skills related to wind turbine mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics. It also covers awareness of task-related hazards and risks, safe working procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment. The course includes the following three modules:
- Mechanical: Introduction to wind turbine structures and mechanical systems, understanding their operating principles, and learning how to perform tasks on wind turbines safely and correctly.
- Electrical: Through fundamental electrical knowledge, circuit diagrams, and explanations of electrical risks and hazards, trainees will be able to correctly assemble circuits and perform accurate and safe measurement tasks.
- Hydraulics: Through fundamental knowledge of hydraulics and explanations of related risks and hazards, trainees will be able to safely and correctly perform hydraulic tasks in the wind farm environment.

Course Description:Advanced Rescue Training (ART) focuses on learning how to operate rescue equipment within wind turbines and develop rescue plans. Key focuses of the course include:
- Rescue inside the hub, nose cone, and blades.
- Assess different accident scenarios in the nacelle, tower, or tower base to determine appropriate rescue strategies.
- Operate rescue equipment for horizontal patient transport on the wind turbine.
- Use lifting rescue techniques and equipment in a controlled and safe manner.

Enhanced First Aid (EFA)

Course Description:Enhanced First Aid (EFA) training provides a higher level of first aid knowledge and skills to help stabilize a casualty's vital signs at the scene and prevent the situation from worsening before professional rescue personnel arrive. Key focuses of the course include:
- Perform basic or enhanced first aid standard procedures in a safe and appropriate manner, in accordance with the guidelines of the European Resuscitation Council (ERA) and the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Learn how to accurately and promptly identify the severity of physical injuries and recognize signs of illness, among other skills.
- Teach the different rescue principles developed by the national emergency medical system for acute illnesses and trauma, and learn about telemedicine consultation and patient transfer procedures.
- Pain management procedures and advanced medication treatment.

Course Description:Slinger Signaller (SLS) training aims to reduce the risks associated with offshore wind lifting operations by teaching the roles, responsibilities, and coordination involved in slinging, signaling, and lifting tasks. Course Highlights:

The course enables participants to perform casualty rescue operations inside wind turbine nacelles using GWO-standard rescue equipment, methods, and techniques.

Wind Limited Access (WLA)
Non-operational personnel with infrequent access to the wind farm
Eligibility:
- 18 years old or above ; Weight must be in - between 36 and 120 kg.
- Participants of the OFL course must hold a valid GWO ONL (Onshore Limited Access) certificate.
Course Description:Wind Limited Access (WLA) is a training course designed for non-operational personnel who require infrequent access to wind farms. It is intended for individuals visiting onshore or offshore wind farms or turbines for non-working purposes. Upon obtaining this certification, participants may enter wind farms for non-operational visits under the supervision and accompaniment of at least two experienced personnel certified in GWO Basic Safety Training (BST). The course includes the following two modules:
- Onshore Limited Access (ONL):
This training covers hazards, medical emergencies, fire emergencies, and working at heights safety. - Offshore Limited Access (OFL):
This training includes vessel-to-turbine transfer and basic offshore survival training.
