What do we do in Talent Matching

Content

MITC encourages students to join Offshore Wind Power industry. Hence, while we are providing standard certification courses to corporates, it is also an important task for us to build a talent source to link companies and job-seekers.

Execution

The target is to build a triangle relationship for corporate / School / Government :

  • To facilitate the cooperation between school and corporate: to match talent need from corporate and school by organizing practical training, internship, or workshop/seminar in school to introduce the industry.
  • To plan and executive a OWP related program at school, ( including Marine Operation, Ocean and Subsea Safety, Turbine Technology etc.. ) to expedite the training of a skilled OWP employee.
  • To organize one-day experience event: Work with school and association to conduct one-day experience event for the participants to have a brief idea of what an OWP employee does. At the meantime, work with school to conduct in-school seminar for introduction of the jobs and development in OWP industry.
