Visitor Services & Information
- As we only registrations made in advance, visitors must make a reservation with their visitee prior to their desired visit date. We are open during 9:00~12:00 and 13:00~ 17:00. Upon visiting, one will receive a visitor pass at our security station. Please wear the visitor pass during the visit.
- Reservations are available 3 days to 1 month in advance. If the desired visit is less than 3 days prior, please contact our security station first.
- Visitors who make their reservation on-site must provide valid identification documents (ID card, driver’s license, employee card, health ID card, etc.) along with a business card in exchange for a visitor pass. (Please return the pass upon leaving.)
- For security reasons, a notification and visit approval will be made with the desired visitee by our security staff when the visit is not registered in advance.
- Please provide an items list for objects that will be carried along during the visit when making a reservation on our reservation system. Confirmation checks will be carried out by our security staff upon your entering and leaving.
- Random security checks carried out on in-coming vehicles shall not be rejected with any reasons.
- To ensure road users’ safety, please follow our traffic instructions and park your car at designated areas.
- Vehicles carrying hazardous materials such as flammables, explosives, and corrosive items, and/or weighing over 25 metric tons should enter and leave via the rear gate.
