The pioneer laboratory with “multifunctional high-pressure processing technology service platform” has facilities that support the industrial demand for using marine bioresource as the source of biotechnology applications in Taiwan. We'd like to be able to develop innovative functional products by making good use of high-pressure processing technology (e.g. extraction and hydrolysis) with less additives (e.g. acid, base, and enzyme) used.
