Course Description：Blade Repair (BR) training covers the fundamental knowledge of inspecting, maintaining, and repairing wind turbine blades made of composite materials. The course also focuses on the correct and safe use of related chemicals and composite materials during repair work.
 

• Understanding blade composite materials and their components
• Inspecting, identifying, and repairing common blade damages
• Repairing blade trailing edge damage up to 1.5 meters in length
• Repairing blade leading edge damage up to 1.5 meters in length
• Performing laminate repairs down to the core material
• Replacing core material with a maximum area of 200 cm²
• Conducting surface repairs including painting and gelcoat application
