Eligibility：
 

1. Must possess a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Second Mate or Second Engineer, or above (STCW Regulation II/1 ‐ II/2 ‐ II/3
   Deck; Regulation III/1 – III/2 – III/3 Engine; III/6 ETO). A copy of the CoC must be submitted upon registration.
2. Must meet basic English proficiency: TOEIC 550+ (CEFR B1 or above) or Marlins Test score 75%+. *Proof of English proficiency required upon registration.
3. Phase 1 – Proof of completion for DP Induction course.
4. Phase 2 – Valid proof of completed DP sea time. (NI Log Book)
