• Support SCADA & Communications Manager in delivering the SCADA, network and communications scope to project objectives
• Review of SCADA, network and communication design, installation, commissioning documents
• Liaise with Commissioning & Installation Engineer and Supervisors during installation and commissioning
• Support SCADA manager to ensure SCADA system including architecture and system equipment's complies with all company and international cyber security standards
• Support SCADA manager with O&M design, OSS SCADA, WTG SCADA and Onshore Substation SCADA design
• Maintain interface registers acc. to agreement with stakeholders
• Translate technical documents from Chinese to English

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Control Engineering or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and in writing.
3. Direct work experience in a position as SCADA, network or telecommunications engineer preferable.
