1. Develop the execution of a government relations for strengthening relationships with government decision-makers, key-influencers, champions, opponents, and other stakeholders. With a goal of increasing their understanding of and support for the company, in collaboration with the company management team.
2. Engage with government officials, including parliamentarians and senior aides at the Executive Yuan as well as senior officials and policy makers at national and country level government departments, and key stakeholder groups such as local Fishery Associations.
3. Monitor legislation, policy and public activities and update and advise the company about relevant policy proposals and actions and analyze potential impacts on the project.
4. Liaise with relevant government relations, communications and PR teams within partner and supplier teams to ensure consistent messaging, tactics, and action.
5. Develop a wide range of materials in support of the company’s government relations agenda, including presentations, talking points, legislative summaries, factsheets, reports, and letters.
6. Plan and execute events and other activities to support the company’s government relations goals, such as visits and meetings, and provide interpretation and translation when necessary.
7. Others, ex. plan and execute budget for government relations activities, and support other team to finish designated tasks.
