Personal Data Collection Statement of the Metal Industries Research & Development
財團法人金屬工業研究發展中心(以下簡稱本中心)因以下特定目的，向您蒐集個人資料，茲依據個人資料保護法規定，於蒐集時向您告知下列事項：
The Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (hereinafter referred to as “the Centre”) collects your personal data for the specific purposes stated below. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Centre hereby informs you of the following matters at the time of collection:
海洋科技產業創新專區訪客進出安全管理及相關行政作業。
Visitor access safety management and related administrative operations for the Maritime Technology Innovation Center (MTIC).
1. 識別個人：如姓名、職稱、地址、聯絡方式等。
2. 現行之受僱情形：如雇主、工作職稱、等級等。
1. Personal identification information: such as name, job title, address, contact information, etc.
2. Current employment information: such as employer, job title, position level, etc.
除涉及國際業務或活動外，您的個人資料本中心僅於中華民國領域、在前述蒐集目的之必要範圍內，以合理方式利用至蒐集目的消失為止。
Except where international business or activities are involved, your personal data will only be used by the Centre within the territory of the Republic of China (R.O.C.), within the necessary scope of the aforementioned collection purposes, and by reasonable means until the purposes of collection no longer exist.
您可向本中心「個資當事人權利行使窗口」行使查詢或請求閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理利用或刪除您的個人資料之權利，電話：07-3513121。
You may contact the Centre’s “Contact Window for Exercising Data Subject Rights” to exercise your rights to inquire about or request access to your personal data, obtain copies, supplement or correct your personal data, request the cessation of collection, processing, or use, or request deletion of your personal data. 若您不同意，本中心將無法為您提供蒐集目的之相關服務。
If you do not agree to provide your personal data, the Centre will be unable to provide the relevant services associated with the purposes of collection.
