Working with our partner 合隆能源有限公司,合隆電工/合隆能源 and support from Veterans Affair Council ( 退除役官兵輔導委員會高雄榮服處），we completed a first-ever placement training to 10 technicians who will step into HV Cable Jointing/Connection to support Taiwan's Energy Infrastructure.

Their background from armed forces, with discipline, teamwork, and punctuality in their muscle memory, outlines their strength in technical training like Cable Jointing. With intensive hand-on training by Ho Lung's senior instructors, these veterans will soon be the new workforce for our energy sector.

MTIC does not only train active technicians, we are also dedicated to add new workforce into our energy sector. Because we believer with talent development as root, the tree of renewable energy can grow bigger and stable.
