We say farewell to our cadets from 26-2 Talent Program. They went through a intense one-month program which covers GWO BTT, and theory training of Taiwan's Level B Technician for interior wiring.

In the last week, we arranged a field trip to F1/F2 offshore wind farm, where they first time see monopile, jacket, 4MW, 6MW, and 8MW turbines. The also witness CTV/Jacket-up Vessel performing work in the site.

Today, special thanks to Ian Yang from Vento, Roy Yang from Swire, Thomas Yu from Orsted, and Gwen Chung from BGB, cadets are briefed on what tasks these great companies perform in offshore wind, and also one-on-one interview for possible employment.

All the effort for one goal - the stable talent development for our booming renewable energy industry.
