MTIC’s Offshore Engineering Center (OEC) features an integrated testing environment equipped with wind, wave, and current generation systems.

Our facility is designed to meet the highest international standards:
◆ Deep-Water Testing Basin: 36m (L) × 30m (W) × 10m (D).
◆ Triple Simulation Systems: A one-stop solution for simulating wind, wave, and current conditions.

◆ Advanced Auxiliary Equipment:
  ▪ Moveable Platform: Adjustable depth up to 10m to simulate various sea states.
  ▪ Carriage System: Supports instrumentation and personnel (up to 15 people) 2m above the water.
  ▪ 20-Ton Overhead Crane: High-capacity lifting for seamless positioning of large-scale models.
  ▪ Underwater Observation Window: Located at a depth of 4m for direct visual monitoring.

The OEC is more than a laboratory; it is an incubator for the commercialization and industrialization of maritime technology.
