This week, we have talent training programs in both Japan and Taiwan, all delivered under the same standards.

In Japan, through the coordination from Hiroshi MATSUO, we sent two instructors to Nagasaki Ocean Academy delivering a full BST training for cadets from The Nippon Foundation's continuous program targeting young students and talents from all over Japan. Instructors are also able to explore onsite training setting in another high-quality GWO training center.

In Taiwan, our 2026-1 Talent Training Program （勞動部勞動力發展署產業新尖兵) through the prompt arrangement from Formosa 2 海能風力發電 and Ørsted, cadets were able to see the real daily operation of a SCADA Center and O/M center.

Offshore wind is growing in our region, and we are honor to have to this great opportunity to bring the growth in talent development.
