PSD™ is the first Taiwanese company specializing in end-to-end underwater solutions, develops underwater propulsion systems, smart rescue devices, and AUV/ROV platforms, with applications in offshore wind, water safety, and disaster prevention.

By combining PSD’s underwater expertise with MTIC’s maritime technology capabilities, we look forward to advancing joint innovation and strengthening Taiwan’s position in the maritime technology value chain.
