OEM & Technical Training
Our center is dedicated to closing the technical skills gap in the wind energy industry. In addition to basic safety training, we actively collaborate with leading international equipment manufactures, offering OEM-authorized technical training courses from SKYLOTEC (ACX), Goracon, Siemens Gamesa (SGTT), and others.
Through standardized training provided by the original manufactures, trainees gain precise skills in installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specific equipment. These advanced courses not only strengthen technical expertise and ensure compliance with international safely standards but also help companies enhance overall turbine O&M efficiency and reliability, fostering a professional and safe offshore working environment.
▊ ActSafe Training
ACX Lifting Goods (ACXG)
Eligibility Requirements:
(1) Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must not exceed a body weight of 120 kg.
(2) Participants must hold valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certifications in the following modules:
u Working at Heights (WAH/WAHR)
u Slinger Signaller (SLS)
Course Fee: NT$14,200 per participant

Course Duration: 1 day
Certification: SKYLOTEC ActSafe – Lifting Goods ACX
Certification Validity: 2 years. Prior to expiration, participants may take a refresher (Refresh) course to extend the validity of their certification.
This course is designed for personnel operating Actsafe hoists for cargo-only lifting. Training focuses on equipment inspection, load calculation, rope setup, and hoist operation procedures. Trainees will learn to precisely control lifting speed and implement risk assessment and safety zone management during cargo handling, ensuring efficient and safe material transport.
ACX Lifting Goods & Personnel (ACXGP)
Eligibility Requirements:
(1) Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must not exceed a body weight of 120 kg.
(2) Participants must hold valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certifications in the following modules:
u Working at Heights (WAH/WAHR)
u Slinger Signaller (SLS)
Course Fee: NT$36,000 per participant
Refresher (Refresh) Course Fee: NT$23,650 per participant

Certification: SKYLOTEC ActSafe – Lifting Goods & Personnel ACX

This course builds on cargo lifting techniques and covers advanced safety standards for personnel lifting operations. Key training topics include proper installation of fall protection backup systems, emergency descent procedures, and rescue response during personnel lifts. Trainees will learn to meet strict equipment testing and safety factor requirements, ensuring the highest level of protection and safety awareness when performing vertical personnel transport or elevated maintenance tasks.
▊ Goracon G-Servicelift Installation & Maintenance Training
Eligibility Requirements:
(1) Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must not exceed a body weight of 120 kg.
(2) Participants must hold valid high-angle rescue or rope access training certification (e.g., GWO ART or IRATA)
(3) Participants must hold valid technical/electrical qualification in accordance with national standards/regulations.
(4) Participants have valid medical certificate issued within the past two years for work at heights (e.g., OEUK Offshore Medical or Seafarer Medical Certificate)
Course Fee: NT$40,000 per participant

Certification: Goracon G-servicelift Installation & Maintenance (GWB-250/450-SWP)
Certification Validity: 2 years. Prior to expiration, participants may take a refresher (Refresh) course to extend the validity of their certification.
This course is specifically designed for the Goracon GWB-250/450-SWP series service hoists, training participants in installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance. The curriculum covers equipment structural principles, electrical control system inspection, and testing of critical safety devices. Trainees will learn to troubleshoot common faults and ensure the hoist operates according to OEM performance specifications, guaranteeing safe and reliable vertical transportation within wind turbines.
