Tailored Entry-level & Experiential Training


This entry-level, non-certification course builds foundational knowledge and practical experience in the wind energy industry, covering industry environment, operations, and job roles. Ideal for students, career changers, or non-frontline staff, combining theory and hands-on practice.

Customized Training: Tailored courses for companies, including content, duration, and delivery, supporting internal or project-based training. Inquiries should be made at least one month in advance.

Wind Energy Experience Camp
This short, hands-on course simulates real offshore wind operations, giving participants a first-hand experience of the work environment and basic procedures. Activities include PPE usage, ladder climbing for working at heights, and simulated vessel boarding, helping participants gain an initial understanding of wind farm operations. Ideal for students, career changers, or industry personnel seeking to explore offshore wind work.
Flexible Scheduling: Courses can be tailored for schools, companies, or groups, with full-day, half-day, or 2-hour sessions to provide a diverse and adaptable wind energy experience.

Introduction to Wind Energy Course
This course uses a theme-based approach to build theoretical knowledge of the wind energy industry. Participants can choose topics such as industry overview, turbine structures and systems, wind energy terminology, wind farm O&M, and offshore wind marine engineering.
Modules can be taken individually or customized for schools, companies, or training objectives, helping learners gradually build foundational knowledge and a common industry language. Ideal for students, career changers, and new industry personnel as a key preparatory course before entering the wind energy sector.
